Creating Your Account:
If you already have a Rocket Dollar account, you can use your IRA or Solo 401(k) account to start investing on Nada's site. If not, establishing a new Rocket Dollar retirement account is easy. Simply sign up online in under 10 minutes and we'll get your account set up.
- Create and Fund your Rocket Dollar Account
- Sign up for Nada using the form here.
- Input your contact info, DOB, SS#, and address. Your personal address is usually used at signup, which then means it is the address of your IRA LLC or Solo 401(k) as well.
- Select "Investing as an entity."
- Entity name can be found by logging into your Rocket Dollar dashboard, settings, and documents section, then looking at your
- Entity EIN should be found with your EIN letter in your RD documents section.
- Select your entity type (IRA LLC, Solo 401(k), Direct Custody IRA)
- Entity Address is the address you used at Rocket Dollar signup, usually your home address.
- Enter your desired investment amount. If this changes, please inform the Nada team. The amount is non-binding, but DocuSign paperwork could have to be redone.
- You can choose to customize your investment allocation, or the investment will be split between the four active Cityfunds (Dallas, Austin, Miami, Tampa)
- You can choose to be 100% invested in one city fund or any combination you please. Check your % to make sure it adds up to 100%
- Complete the DocuSign paperwork. If you are using a Rocket Dollar custody IRA, keep in mind that you will have to contact support during your deal review process. As each new Cityfund launces, Rocket Dollar's custody partner must quickly review the subscription documentation.
- Take note of the wire information. Take note that a separate wire is needed for each Cityfund. You can also find the wire info below.
