Sign up using your personal name and email, and create a password. (You will register your IRA and LLC later)
Browse properties you wish to invest in that are "On Sale." New Properties have just been released for investment and Trending 🔥 properties are about to run out of space for investors.
Continue to set up your account with your first/last name, citizenship, and select Retirement Account. Checking here ensures tax reporting is not sent to the IRS by Arrived.
For your retirement account, use your IRA LLC name or Solo 401(k) Plan name that will appear on the investment purchase agreement. If you have trouble remembering, your LLC Adoption agreement or Solo 401(k) adoption agreement is behind your Rocket Dollar Login. IRA LLCs default to JDOE RD LLC.
Set your signatory title "Jane Doe, Manager" for IRA LLCs or "Jane Doe, Trustee" for Solo 401(k) Trusts.
Enter the address related to your Rocket Dollar account, phone number, SSN, and the EIN of your Colorado LLC which is located on your EIN Letter in your documents portal.
To link your bank account, use the Plaid login. If you have any trouble, you can upload a bank statement, and email support@arrivedhomes.com
Complete a W-9 and upload it to the same documents portal. You will use the EIN of your IRA custodian here. Your balance is ready in your account.
Invest from your IRA! ACH will automatically debit from your bank, so check that you have sufficient funds to invest.
